eSafe Statements

E-statements are retrieved through CSI’s “eSafe” site, a completely secure site that requires a username and password. To sign up to receive these, you need to come into the bank and fill out a form. Once enrolled, you will receive an e-mail each month when your statement is ready to be retrieved, directing you to the eSafe site. Once there, you will enter your username and password, which will then take you to a page that looks almost like an inbox. From there, you can choose which message/statement you would like to view. Three months of e-mail notices are maintained in eSafe. However, you can choose to move those statements over into your “My Safe” folder for continued secure online access. You may also choose to print the statements for safekeeping, or save them on a flash drive, hard drive or CD.
