Two Rivers Bank is able to empower its customers to perform their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they wish with Two Rivers Bank’s Electronic and Mobile Banking. With these services, users can have immediate access to vital banking functions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Two Rivers Bank’s Electronic and Mobile Banking allows our customers secure and convenient access to their accounts using the internet or mobile device.
Some of the functions available with Electronic and Mobile Banking are:

Electronic Bill Pay
Electronic Bill Pay is quick, convenient and secure. With Two Rivers Bank, you can pay your bills 24/7 at home or on the go.
To enroll in Electronic Bill Pay, simply log into your existing electronic banking account and select “Move Money” from the menu bar. Complete the enrollment form and submit.
By adding Bill Pay to your Electronic Banking Account, you will be able to:
- Pay anyone, anytime, in one convenient place from multiple checking accounts
- Save money on stamps, envelopes, and late fees
- Make payments automatically on the date you select
Electronic Statements
Enjoy the privacy, security and convenience of Electronic Statements from Two Rivers Bank. Display statements, including check images, within your secure Electronic Banking account. You’ll receive an email when a new monthly statement is ready to be viewed. You can then choose to print or save your statement.
To set up your Electronic Statements, click on the button below to log into Electronic Banking or open your TRB app on your device. Once logged in, click on “Documents” from the Menu bar. Follow these instructions to complete the registration:
- Document Types – select Statements.
- Select Accounts – check the box next to the accounts you want to register for Electronic Statements.
- Select a Date Range – leave what defaults. Click Apply.
- On the next screen, you will be asked to review the Terms and Conditions. Below these, there will be a VIEW TEST DOCUMENT button – please click on this. This makes sure the device you are using is compatible with Electronic Statements. Finally, go back to the Terms and Conditions screen and accept them.
You are now enrolled for Electronic Statements. Every month, click back on the Documents tab to review your electronic statements.
STATEMENTS LOGIN
eSafe Statements
E-statements are retrieved through CSI’s “eSafe” site, a completely secure site that requires a username and password. To sign up to receive these, you need to come into the bank and fill out a form. Once enrolled, you will receive an e-mail each month when your statement is ready to be retrieved, directing you to the eSafe site. Once there, you will enter your username and password, which will then take you to a page that looks almost like an inbox. From there, you can choose which message/statement you would like to view. Three months of e-mail notices are maintained in eSafe. However, you can choose to move those statements over into your “My Safe” folder for continued secure online access. You may also choose to print the statements for safekeeping, or save them on a flash drive, hard drive or CD.

Apple Pay™
Apple Pay™ allows you to make payments for goods or services directly from your mobile device, without having to provide card information at each transaction. Once you add and verify your Two Rivers Bank debit card information on your device, you will be ready to make secure payments with Apple Pay™. Each transaction will require either your passcode or fingerprint with Touch ID® for added security.
- Wallet setup. To begin using Apple Pay™, open Wallet, tap Add Debit Card and enter your card details. Tap Next, after which your card will be verified by your bank. Once that’s done, tap Next. You can now use Apple Pay.
- Using Apple Pay™. Hold your iPhone near the contactless card reader and an image of your card will appear on the screen. Then just tap to pay. It’s that easy!

Android Pay™ and Samsung Pay®
To activate Android Pay™ or Samsung Pay®, you will need to add and verify your card information on your mobile device. First, provide your card information within the Android Pay™ app or the Samsung Pay® app to enroll in mobile payments. Then you will need to follow the onscreen instructions in order to verify your account. Once verified, you’ll receive an email confirmation which means you’ve successfully activated either Android Pay™ or Samsung Pay®!

Electronic Banking Agreement
Effective FEBRUARY 1, 2021
This Electronic Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Two Rivers Bank’s Electronic Banking (the “Service”). By subscribing to the Service you agree to the terms of the Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep a copy for future reference. By clicking “I agree” or using our Electronic services, you are agreeing to this Electronic Banking Agreement.
Electronic Banking Agreement 02/01/2021
Definitions | The words you and your refer to either and all of the persons subscribing to or using the Service. The words we, us and our refer to Two Rivers Bank. |
Hours of Operation | You ordinarily can participate in our Electronic Banking 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. However, we reserve the right to suspend our Service from time to time as we deem necessary. All times noted throughout this document are Central Time (CT). |
Transaction Posting | Transactions between Two Rivers Bank accounts entered in the Service on or before 5:00 pm on any business day will be posted on the same day. Transactions between Two Rivers Bank accounts entered in the Service on weekends, federal holidays or after 5:00 pm on a business day will be posted by the end of the next business day. |
The Service | You may use the Service through an internet or mobile connection to obtain account balances and transaction information. You may also use the Service to obtain statements on your accounts, view activity and to transfer money between your accounts. |
Equipment | You are responsible for obtaining, installing, maintaining and operating all electronic equipment used through the Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, or by law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, caused by the Service or the use thereof or arising in any way out of the installation, operation or maintenance of your electronic equipment. |
Access and Agreement | You agree that, when you use the Service, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile or internet service providers and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of this Service, and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. Neither Two Rivers Bank nor any of our service providers assume responsibility for the operation, security, functionality or availability of any related network, wireless device or mobile network which you may utilize to access this Service. |
Username and Password | During enrollment you will create a User Name and Password specific to you. The User Name must be four (4) to twenty (20) characters in length, with one alpha and one numeric character required. Your password must be eight (8) to fifty (50) characters in length, with one uppercase alpha, one lowercase alpha, one numeric and one special character. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User Name and Password. Because your User name and Password can be used to access funds in your accounts, you should treat them with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN) or other sensitive personal financial data. You agree not to give your User Name or Password, or make them available to any person not authorized to access your accounts. If you permit other persons to use your login credentials, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. |
Enhanced Login Security | As a user of this Service you will be required to be enrolled in the Enhanced Login Security. Enhanced Login Security is an electronic security feature that will provide you additional protection from fraud and identity theft. Enhanced Login Security identifies you as the true owner of your accounts by recognizing not only your password, but also electronic equipment you login from regularly. If you are not recognized, you will be asked for information that only you know before being allowed access. |
Liability for Failure to Make Transfers | Liability for Failure to Make Transfers We will process and complete all transfers properly initiated through the
Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If we do not
complete a transfer to or from your account or in the correct amount under
the terms of this Agreement, we will be liable for your damages which are
directly caused by our failure to correctly complete such transfers.
However, we will not be liable if:

Fees | The basic Electronic Banking service is free. Please refer to our published fee schedule for details. |
Notice of Your Rights and Liabilities | We reserve the right to modify the Service at any time. You will be responsible for determining how to use the application. We will not be liable for any such loss incurred by improper use of the Service. Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your User Name or Password has been lost or stolen, otherwise, you are subject to loss of funds in your account. Telephoning is the best and fastest way of keeping your possible losses down. If you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your User Name or Password you can lose no more than $50 if someone uses your User Name or Password without your permission. If you do NOT tell use within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your User Name or Password, and we prove we could have stopped someone from using your User Name or Password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers or payments you did not make or authorize, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed to you or was provided electronically, you may not get back any money you lost after the sixty (60) days if we can prove we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. You agree that if you give a sub-user access or your PIN or Password to someone else, you are authorizing them to act on your behalf, and we may accept any instructions they give us to make transfers or otherwise use the Service. |
Error Resolution Notice | In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers, contact us at
the telephone number, mailing address or email listed below, as soon as
you can, if you think your statement is wrong or if you need more
information about a transfer listed on your statement. We must hear from
you no later than sixty (60) days after we mailed you, or provided
electronically to you, the FIRST statement on which the problem or error
appeared.

Confidentiality | We may disclose information to third parties about your account or the
transactions you make:

Termination | You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by calling Two Rivers Bank at 402-426-9500 (Blair) or 402-478-4114 (Arlington). You may be asked to provide the request for cancellation in writing within ten (10) days. We may terminate your use of the Service at any time without prior notice. Your access to the Service will be terminated automatically if your account is closed, access to your account is restricted for any reason, or if you have not accessed the Service within the past six (6) months. Termination will not affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement. |
Entire Agreement | Entire Agreement This is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Two Rivers Bank related to the Service and supplements any other agreement or disclosure related to your account. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any of the agreements or disclosures related to your account or any statement by our employees or agents, this Agreement shall control. |
Waivers | Waivers No delay or omission by Two Rivers Bank in exercising any rights or remedies there under shall impair such right or remedy or be construed as a waiver of any such right or remedy. Any single or partial exercise of a right or remedy shall not preclude further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. No waiver shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Two Rivers Bank. |
Assignment | You may not assign this Agreement to any other party. We may assign this Agreement or delegate any or all of our rights and responsibilities under this Agreement to any third parties. |
Governing Law | This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska, without regard to that state’s conflicts of law provision. |
Amendments | We can change these terms by giving you notice as required by law. Continued use of our Service by you after notice of a change in terms constitutes acceptance of the change. |
Bill Payment Agreement
Effective May 1, 2019
This Bill Payment Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Two Rivers Bank’s Bill Payment (the “Service”). By subscribing to the Service or using the Service to make any payment to a third party, you agree to the terms of the Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep a copy for future reference. By clicking “I agree” or using our bill payment services, you are agreeing to this Bill Payment Agreement.
You may use Two Rivers Bank Bill Payment to direct Two Rivers Bank to make payments from your designated checking account to the “Payees” you choose in accordance with this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account.
Bill Pay Agreement 5/1/19

Hours of Operation | Our business days are Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Although payments can be initiated only on business days, the Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during maintenance periods, for the scheduling of payment orders. All times noted throughout this document are Central Time (CT). |
Transaction Processing | Transactions entered on our website on or before 3:00 pm on any business day will be posted on the same day. Transactions entered on our website on weekends, federal holidays or after 3:00 pm on a business day will be posted by the end of the next business day. |
The Service | You may use the Service to electronically direct us to make payments from your account to third parties (Payees) that you have selected in advance to receive payment. You may make payments through the Service to any business, merchant, or professional that generated a bill or invoice for products or services provided to you on your behalf and that has an address we can verify. You may make payments through the Service to individuals, family or friends for non-business purposes. |
How Bill Payments are Made | Bill payments are processed either through an electronic transmission to the payee or by check drawn on your account and mailed to the payee. Payees who receive electronic delivery will receive your payment information which includes your account number with them. All checks are sent through the U.S. mail. You must allow at least seven (7) business days after the process date for a check to be received by mail. Electronic payments are received on the 2nd business date after the process date. |
How to Set Up Payees/Payments | To add a new Payee, select the Payee tab located in the Service or speak to a service representative. You may add a new fixed payment to a Payee by accessing the Service and entering the appropriate information. Most other additions, deletions or changes can be made in writing or by using the Service. Two Rivers Bank reserves the right to refuse the designation of a Payee for any reason. You may pay any Payee within the United States. Two Rivers Bank is not responsible for payments that cannot be made due to incomplete, incorrect or outdated information. You must provide sufficient information about each Payee to properly direct a payment to that Payee and permit them to identify the correct account (Payee Account) to credit with your payment. |
Bill Paying Process | To electronically schedule a payment you will be required to select
the Payee from a list you create, the amount of the payment and the
date on which you would like your payment to be processed. A
confirmation number will appear for each payment that has been
initiated. Listed below are payment types and limits:

Single Payments | A single payment will be processed on the business day (generally Monday through Friday, except federal holidays) that you designate as the payment’s processing date, provided the payment is submitted prior to the daily cutoff time of 3:00 pm. A single payment submitted after the cutoff time on the designated process date will be processed on the next business day. Payments entered on the weekends, federal holidays or after 3:00 pm on a business day will be posted by the end of the next business day. Bill payment will calculate the estimated arrival date of your payment. This is only an estimate, so please allow ample time for your payments to reach you r Payees. Rush payments may also be available. Please refer to the fee schedule for the fees related to these payments. You may schedule a payment to be initiated on any future business day, up to 18 months in advance. |
Recurring Payments | When a recurring payment is processed, it is automatically
rescheduled by the system. Based upon your selected frequency
settings for the payment, a processing date is calculated for the next
occurrence of the payment. If the calculated processing date is a
non-business date, generally weekends and federal holidays, it is
adjusted based upon the following rules:

Cancelling a Payment | A bill payment may be changed or canceled any time prior to the cutoff time on the scheduled processing date. Once the payment is canceled, the funds will be returned to your account within 1-2 business days. There is no fee for canceling a payment online. |
Rush Delivery | Rush delivery of payments may be scheduled until 3:00 pm. Payments scheduled after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next processing day for the payee. Physical address required for check payment, but not electronic payment. Payment deducted from account when check clears. Electronic payment deducted from account automatically. See fee schedule for rush delivery fees. |
Available Funds | You must have available funds in the designated account sufficient to pay bill payment requests. Payments are posted against your balance available for withdrawal, as defined in our Funds Availability disclosure provided at account opening. All bill payment requests must be in U.S. Dollars. |
Liability | You will be responsible for any bill payment request you make that contains an error or is a duplicate of another bill payment. Two Rivers Bank is not responsible for a bill payment that is not made if you did not properly follow the instructions for making a bill payment or you have not provided us with the correct Payee name, address or account information or payment amount. We are not liable for any future failure to make a bill payment if you fail to promptly notify us after you learn that you have not received credit from a Payee for a bill payment or a Payee mishandles or delays in handling payments sent by us. Two Rivers Bank is not responsible for your acts or omissions or those of any other person, including, without limitation, any transmission or communications facility, and no such party shall be deemed to be our agent. |

Electronic Delivery of Notices | You agree to accept Online Banking and Bill Pay related disclosures in an electronic format. You also agree that you have the necessary equipment for accessing and viewing the disclosures and you agree to notify us if you change your email address. |
Amendments | Two Rivers Bank has the right to change these terms by giving you notice as required by law. Continued use of our Service by you after notice of a change in terms constitutes acceptance of the change. |
